Free Your Voice and Body Stories Training with Phoenix Song Sept 13, 2026 – May 9, 2027:
9-month transformational training program: What do you want to birth?
Do you want deeper embodiment, a community of belonging and love, vocal confidence; more joy and play; creativity, empowerment, and a rewriting of your life narratives? This program centers QTBIPOC, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA folks and consists of vocal practices to help you sing, sound & speak your truth and somatic expressive arts practices to help you release and rewrite your body’s stories.
We will start from the root (feet, legs, and base of the spine) and go up the body and energy centers to arrive at the crown/top of the head. Each month we will focus on a different body part/chakra and express its stories through movement, drawing, writing, theater, and sound and give voice to its songs.
Classes will be held in my home studio in the Richmond Hills two Sunday eves/month from 530-830pm and one Sunday day/month from 10am to 430pm with time in nature.
